Born Pretty Holo Polish

The following polishes were sent to me for review from Born Pretty. They are both holographic polishes. They don't have names they are just numbered. They were also kind enough to give me a 10% discount code for everyone to use which is at the end of this post.

No.11 is a dark purple. The formula was excellent, it applied smoothly and dried quickly. I did 3 thin coats to get full coverage.

No.11 in shade

No.11 in full sun

No.11 under artificial light

No.12 is a dark green. It also had excellent formula and applied smoothly and dried quickly. Once again I used 3 thin coats.
I'm not normally someone who wears green but I did like the look of this one on me.

No.12 in shade

No.12 in full sun

No.12 under artificial light

Born Pretty discount code for my readers is: DEBG10. They have more holos, uv polishes and nail art essentials as well as lots of makeup items too on their online store. Best thing of all is they do free worldwide shipping.

Just one more thing, remember that the square lid pulls of so it's easier to use.

Pretty Serious - Daphne's Birthday Party

Happy 1st Birthday Daphne

This polish was created to celebrate one year since Pretty Serious began and also to celebrate their mascot's 1st birthday(that would be Daphne).

It's a sparkling combination of 5 different coloured glitters that are all the same size and as you'll see from my pictures, it looks great on it's own or layered over a different colour.  I actually couldn't decide which colour I liked it over the best so I thought I'd just show you all of them.  It's a very pretty (serious) combination of small glitters.

Loki's Lacquer - Wicked

This is another stunning polish that I received for Christmas called Wicked from Loki's Lacquer.  I've layered it over Jordana Mint Candy which is a beautiful pale green shimmer. (yes this has been sitting in draft's for a while).

Tara from Loki's Lacquer is constantly creating gorgeous new polishes.  Follow on Facebook to see what's being released next.

Wicked has a green tinted base with green hex, green fine glitter, different size black glitter, purple shreds and holo pigment. I love love love this.

Sinful Colors - Cinderella

Sinful Colors has finally landed in Australia and are available from Priceline and Target.

This is Cinderella, a light blue shimmer. Gorgeous colour and beautiful shimmer but formula is not so good. I did 3 coats and you can still see vnl. It's a very thin, sheer, runny polish but I do love that shimmer.
